They had amazing training programs that were very cheap. Then, 4 months later, I came right back to driving full-time no problem. They kept me on a substitution list and got calls every now and then, but for the most part they agreed to let me disappear from their work-force. To give you an idea of how flexible they are I took one entire semester off so I could focus on school. Great job for a college kid looking to get their CDL while going to school. I never drove full-time long enough to warrant them. I can't say anything about the full-time benefits. They had excellent pay advance and promotion policies if you ask me. Yes they don't take care of their buses leading to a lot of mechanical issues that ruined my day, but they handled every situation as best they could and I always felt trusted and appreciated. I honestly think the lack of maintenance is simply a money issue that they are aware of. They worked very well with my schedule and were incredibly kind. Either because of passenger issues, bus issues, or weather issues I was almost always running behind which made my work day last a good 13-14 hours. They pay a daily wage which is ok if your day goes perfectly but it rarely did. They put alot of pressure on their drivers and have an infrastructure that makes the driver the scapegoat in just about every situation. ![]() They don't keep the buses well maintained and the way they manage their passengers makes the drivers life miserable.
